A lot of players who look mature beyond their years, at least last night anyway.Reverend Paul Reverehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02293762371442776830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2846784286167706893.post-76003926044943108772009-04-02T15:43:00.000-04:002009-04-02T15:43:00.000-04:00That's the thing, though. I've heard the Maryland thing too, but I can't see Gary Williams taking a chance on a player who's only gonna give him one year of school.

I'm with you on Maalik, too. This has been a pretty impressive class.SoulOnIcehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01231095578098254389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2846784286167706893.post-65124172162223442982009-04-02T13:38:00.000-04:002009-04-02T13:38:00.000-04:00Yes, no one cares about college hockey. I noticed alot of college basketball writings lately, Thats all fine and good but where's the college hockey? Does no one care that BU destroyed Ohio State 8-3 on Saturday and then got the game winner from Jason Lawrence with 14 seconds left to get the Terriers into the frozen 4 for the first time in like 12 or 13 years.Chris Kocur-Born and Raised Yankee Fanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01693288689502328157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2846784286167706893.post-32912686561861106272009-04-02T13:09:00.000-04:002009-04-02T13:09:00.000-04:00Yeah, Bradley looked good too last night. Mad ups ...Yeah, Bradley looked good too last night. Mad ups and definitely good ball handling and shooting.

I don't know, I may have to disagree with you on Lance. Every time I've seen him play, he's been damn impressive. Yeah, last night he did some crazy things, but everyone does that in all-star games. He's got a monster build, and if he gets coached by Self or, hell, maybe even Gary Williams, he'll be fine.

I'm a fan anyway.

I was real pleased to see Maalik look so good moving around and dishing, especially coming off injury.Reverend Paul Reverehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02293762371442776830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2846784286167706893.post-37253314953236397002009-04-02T12:53:00.000-04:002009-04-02T12:53:00.000-04:00I'm kinda torn about Stevenson. On one hand, I see...I'm kinda torn about Stevenson. On one hand, I see a monster who can take over the game. On the other hand, I see a bone-head who may have trouble adjusting to other players who are as good as him (examples were rampant in the game last night). We both know he's undecided, but now that Xavier Henry may end up at Kansas, what would Stevenson do then? St. John's??? If so, that would be a grave mistake (cue Omar Cook).

A player who's been slept-on is Avery Bradley. People saw the hops, but he's much more than that. I've seen the kid in person, and he's a SOLID, SOLID player. He's gonna play the two next year, but he's definitely good enough to play the point. His basketball IQ is extremely high, he has a very good mid-range game, and he plays tenacious defense. I wish Barnes would let him, but I can't see that happening with another Lucas coming next season as well.SoulOnIcehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01231095578098254389noreply@blogger.com
