Apparently winning a face-off is a suspendable action. Fine. You can argue he butted Talbot on purpose. The Flyers' and Carcillo's reputations precede them. I think it's bullshit, but whatever.
However, if the NHL does not suspend Calgary's Mike Cammalleri, I just might murder someone. Check out this cheap shot he put on Havlat last night:

Since Michael Cammalleri will not be suspended I fear you will, in fact, murder someone. Might I recommend killing a person that deserves it - like Charles Manson.
